Terms of Service
These Terms govern requests for and use of Zemba, operated by Fpoint5 Labs. A signed order form, reseller agreement or partner agreement may add commercial terms.
Using the service
You must provide accurate information, use the service lawfully and protect account access. You are responsible for the activity of people you authorise and for verifying business records before relying on them.
Account approval and availability
Submitting a setup request does not guarantee approval or immediate access. We may contact you for more information, limit pilot availability, or decline a request. Service features may change as the product develops.
Your data
You retain ownership of business data you submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, secure and support that data and to operate the service for you.
Fees and partner arrangements
Any fees, pilot terms, reseller terms or service levels communicated in an order form or partner agreement apply in addition to these Terms. If they conflict, the signed commercial document controls for that subject.
Responsible use
You may not misuse the service, interfere with its security, submit unlawful material, attempt unauthorised access or use it to violate another person’s rights.
Business decisions and third parties
The service supports business operations but does not replace professional accounting, tax or legal advice. Third-party integrations and partner services may be governed by their own terms.
Connected AI assistants
You must review the permissions granted to an AI assistant and verify consequential changes before relying on them. Zemba applies the signed-in user’s live access rules, but the assistant provider remains a third party governed by its own terms. Available AI operations do not transfer money or contact customers or suppliers.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend access to protect customers, the service or the public, or where these Terms are materially breached. You may stop using the service subject to any signed commercial commitment.
Liability and changes
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees beyond those expressly agreed in writing. We may update these Terms and will communicate material changes through the service or your registered contact details.
